Robin Schaffer joined the Analyst Observatory early in 2020 to drive data collection for two major studies: the Analyst Advocacy Survey and the Startup and Scaleup & Industry Analysts survey, SSIA. She also provides consulting to companies looking to leverage the Analyst Observatory study of analyst advocacy. Her program measures the opinions about brands and collects deep insight to allow those brands to improve their analyst relations programs.
